"Amazing stay"

Han is amazing. So welcoming and understanding of why we’re there (we were running in a trail race along with other guests at the time). She woke up extremely early to make us coffee and get us ready for the race. The facilities are so lovely. Beautiful pool. Comfortable room. Delicious food. Such a wonderful stay.

"Superb"

Loved the quiet retreat approach. Perfect getaway and laid back rural setting. Quiet and peaceful.

Bed wasn't comfortable. We both ended up with sore backs every morning Mosquitoes entered as the room couldn't be adequately sealed.

Mai Chau valley retreat is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting this area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. It is a beautiful peaceful place.

"3 night stay in hidden, peaceful valley."

The home grown food was wonderful. Staff very polite and helpful, although they spoke absolutely no English at all. Lovely pool. Our room was large and view from the terrace wonderful. .

"Best spot to stay in Mai Chau"

Lovely Pool and outside (but with a roof) seating area! Great food, dinner and breakfast! Very nice area to see the rice terraces, you can do some walks and trail runs directly from the property. Owner and staff are very nice Always turns on the fans directly when you sit down to get rid of the mosquito's.

It would have been great if a mosquito net was provided in the room. We brought our own and it was needed.

"Beautiful garden and genuine homestay (not hotel called 'homestay')"

We loved our stay here. The owner was extremely welcoming, the garden was just beautiful and the surrounding area was so peaceful and agricultural - just what we were looking for. We were a bit concerned about spiders (we had come across some enormous ones elsewhere) and the owners moved us to another room which was less likely to attract them - we were really grateful for their understanding and kindness. The food was delicious and we wanted for nothing. What a great place to stay!
