Lovely quiet resort in the countryside. Amazing people, very friendly, helpful and hard working. It was an absolute pleasure to stay for 2 nights. The resort is immaculately maintained.

The property, the garden design the location, the fresh vegetables. Absolutely beautiful place. The fire pit.

No hot water, no heating. It was very cold at night and in the morning ( December 2024) and I was ill so felt very fragile. No vegan or vegetarian and nothing in the town. I notified them well in advance but they didn’t make any effort. Just be aware they fry everything in pork fat. So couldn’t eat fried stuff. We found this out whilst in their kitchen. I sent them a message about pick up and they didn’t respond. They asked us where we were when I had no internet access when we were lost. They didn’t pick us up either some random stranger found us walking miles away as the coach dropped us in the wrong place. I had to cut my own fruit in the morning for breakfast. We were starving so left early to Minh Binh which was wonderful for vegan and vegi options and so much to do. My husband taught the chef at Mai Chau to make potato omlette for vegetarians so you may be lucky they will be able to make it for you. They obviously cook traditional Vietnamese food so if you’re ok with meat you’ll love it. Bring thermals for night time. It really is a beautiful venue!
