Turtle Beach Talpe

The location was very good with good views of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable room. The owners were very friendly.

There is traffic noise as it is next to busy road. Have suggested to owners to soundproof the bathroom.

Nice beach - small waves.. Even a child can swim safely. So that there is no disappointment when checking in, keep in mind that the rooms require repair (at least paint the walls). In the photo, the number looks better than it really is. There are no windows in the room, only a door. But the Beautiful beach is worth staying here.

This place was the worst place ive been to stay.

When we came there tried to call the owner 3 times but no answer and no call back. Property says there is parking but there wasnt any place to park car. Went inside but no one was there. Saw a room filled with junk near entrance. This kind of place shouldn't exist in booking.com as they just scam the tourists who comes to visit the area and have a good time. Also there prices are so high and no value for money. Would rae 0 out of 10.

We had three wonderful days in this absolutley beautiful place directly at the beach! From the first moment we felt welcome and like home. This Homestay runned by two lovely sisters who are very kind and helpful. Their kids are also very nice and they taught us how to play a srilankan board game (carrom). Everday we got delicious breakfast and dinner (homemade srilankan food) with an amazing view. Right in front of terrace you find a super nice and clean beach almost for your own. In the ocean you can see turtles taking a breath 🐢 We will definitely come back and can only recommend staying there!

Amazing location right on the beach front with pretty much your own private beach to swim in. Homestay managed by two lovely sisters and their sweet children which will cater and cook whatever you would like. I’ll definitely be back!!

The hotel is run by two charismatic sisters, and is located right at the ocean front.

The roof of the bathroom is a bit shed-like, and located next to the highway. Honking buses and tons of other sounds go right into the room. Also, the ceiling is not closed off, so you can hear the other rooms. When we were staying, there were many children (also from the owners) which caused a lot of noise. During our stay (January) the water level of the ocean was quite high, making it not possible to swim without walking quite a bit first. Then you will find some natural basins, not really beach like, but possible to bathe. Also we expected to maybe find some turtles (due to the name of the hotel), but because of the rough see this was not possible. We had dinner at the location, which was nice but also quite pricey. There are not any restaurants close by.
