Very friendly host who gave us advice concerning onward transportation. Basic, windowless, small room. Clean and adequate for a stopover.

Great location, comfortable room, courteous and friendly staff. I've stayed here before, so I knew what to expect.

Everything was great

It's in the historical part of the town. The host is very friendly and helpful. Next to it, there is a travel agency where you can book excursions.

The location is great, just a couple of minutes away of everything. The owner was very friendly and helpful with information. It was a clean place.

The owner has a pizzeria next door and it was very loud at night until around 11 pm. There was no window in the room.

The staff was really friendly, the room extremely clean (just a little bit small) and the location is amazing, behind La Serrezuela mall.

All was good

The room is in the historic center. For a room in that location it is affordable. I liked being right next to the Serrezuela shopping mall. The room is near everything but is on the quiet side. The bathroom is compact but it works.

There was no window in that particular room. This can give you a strange feeling and you must set your alarm to get up. I suggest avoiding the windowless room, if possible. I didn't like that there were two dogs inside. I wish that the hotel would use neutral linen.

had to walk through the owners office and kitchen to get to my room. this is more of a shared room for airbnb not a hotel

Everything was very easy. Payment was also possible by card and everything went well.

Good location, AC and good shower. All in all very clean and for Cartagena a very good property for the money.

great location, clean room, we could store our luggage before leaving. there were a few small dogs, cute and friendly.

the room did not have a window, and wasn't that comfortable in terms of space. the kitchen was messy.
