ITWe loved our stay here! The apartment is huge and it has everything you need. The wifi is fast and reliable. If you work remotely, you could stay here for months. The hotel is a short walk to the old town, in a nice quiet area, everyone in the neighbourhood was lovely and always waved when we passed by. We always felt very safe. Make sure to support the local shops that don't get as many tourists as the city centre. The beds and pillows were nice and soft. Great hot shower. There is a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a big table in the living room which is perfect if you are planning to do some work. The landlady is fantastic, she helped us a lot and she was always up for a chat. She organised a private car to go to Da Lat with a lovely driver, it felt luxurious compared to the collective busses and minivans you always find in Vietnam. She even gifted us half a watermelon! We had such a great time that we ended up extending our stay for 2 more days. Next time we are in Hoi An, we will definitely stay here again!

LUI recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely family-run accommodation that was conveniently located not far from the city center. It was a pleasant and peaceful place, unlike some of the more hectic and noisy options in the area. The center, including the post office, was just a 14-minute walk away, and the market and night market were only about 7 minutes away. There was also a small minimart nearby, which was only about 4 minutes away on foot. One of the things that really stood out to me about this place was the owner's willingness to help with anything I needed or was looking for. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, something unique about this accommodation that I hadn't encountered before was the hot water system. There was a special switch that you could use to turn the hot water on and off, which was a feature you need to know.
FRThe appartment is really great, big and comfortable. It was nice to have a table and a couch. The owner arranged cheap tickets for the memorial show.
We booked 2 appartments, but the first night one appartment was taken so we got a lousy double room with the family shrine. We negotiated a reduction of 200.000 while the owner wanted to give initially only 60.000 less. Appartment was never cleaned for 4 nights and we needed to request to change towels. Kitchen can hardly be used as pots are missing
