Jungleview Home Stay

The location was lovely, easily walkable into Kumily, but a bit quieter away from the chaos. The owner was very friendly and helped us organise trips, including the tiger trail. There was lots of trees with lots of monkeys and squirrels and birds that you could see from just outside your door!

The guesthouse is well located, surrounded by monkeys. With luck you can see the giant squirrel that lives there. Water free, if you ask for it.

We booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived the owner changed us to another room downstairs, unhealthy, dark and cold. (Other reviews complain about the same thing) It was so humid that the blankets and bedsheets were always wet. In addition, there were mosquitoes (not the accommodation's fault) and the owner was reluctant to give us the mosquito plug. Superb and authoritarian owner. I wouldn't repeat!

Breakfast was not included. There is only tea and coffee and you have to order the rest from other hotels.

The rooms were dim. The bathroom didn’t have a hand wash. The bathroom was a bit slippery. The berandah was not clean. There was no TV.

The rooms were decent with home-like comfort. The host is friendly and will make you feel homely in every way possible. The property has a good amount of flaura fauna.
