Es handelt sich um ein privates Zimmer in einer Wohnung, die von der Vermieterin selbst bewohnt wird.

Great location. Lovely neighborhood close to the 2 museums, shopping, numerous cafes, bars and a large park. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed.

Our room was quite warm. We were there in 95 degree weather. The fan helped. We don’t speak Spanish so we weren’t able to enjoy getting to know our lovely hosts. May have used the refrigerator if we knew it was available.

The location was superb and the room was very comfortable with a great bed and lovely towels.

The location is good, the room was clean, and the balcony was lovely—though a bit small. We enjoyed the quality bathroom supplies and appreciated the kind host.

The rental description is quite misleading. It describes the property as a "hotel," but in fact, you're renting a room in an apartment where the owner also lives. I didn't see this important detail mentioned when I booked. We certainly didn't expect to share the apartment with the owner. The bathroom is exclusively for the tenant's use, but it's not located inside the room. You'll need to go through the apartment's common areas to access it, which the owner also uses. The apartment has a kitchen area, but tenants are not allowed to use it, so you don't have a fridge. Keys are handed over in person, which would be inconvenient for late/early check-in.

Comfortable and cozy. Very nice host.
