Was clean and I could charge my phone also connect to WiFi

I arrived quite late on the night so all I wanted to do was get my head down for the night. When in bed I was cold, the room was cold. Unable to turn the radiator in the room up, not working. Jen's partner was ignorant, not welcoming. I for one would not recommend this place after my bad experience

"Unable to rest properly &unwind"

Location

Witness to an argument over a missing phone charger. Bed not comfortable. Although I arrived 4 hours after I said I would my room was not ready until 5pm but check out was 11 that's not even a 24 hour stay as a result of all that I would not recommend this property or return to this property 😕
