Jen is very friendly and helpful. She kindly offered a cup of tea . I asked her for a hot mug of water with lemon, which she kindly made. Her husband kindly brought the heavy case upstairs for me Lovely hot bath. Very comfortable bed.

Very cold bedroom, which I think must have been below 18 centigrade, but I had a very hot bath so that offset the cold.
