"Lovely stay"

A lovely welcome from the owner. The bedroom overlooked the garden. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. A fabulous little find. Would definitely stay here again.

"Totally ripped off !!!"

Nothing felt totally ripped off

It is NOT a hotel ! I twas a room in a private house; I was not warned about two VERY boisterous dogs - one of which jumped on my stomach in bed at 06:30 on Sunday morning.;NO breakfast just a small jar of decaf coffee (no spoon to use it). The small shower room's shower leaked and sprayed me in the face when I went to use it. THe parking was on the pavement which didn't feel very secure !!! Terrible for the price - totally ripped off and will NEVER use Booking .com again

"Splendid Location and facilities"

I enjoyed my stay with Sally and the 2 dogs. Very cute. Very close to the city centre. Loads of things to do. I slept better than I do at home. I hope to stay again with Sally when I next visit Lichfield.

There is nothing not to like. I wasn't able to use the shower. I have told her about it and suggested that she gives some instructions about it. I was not a major issue for me.

"Wonderful short stay."

Sally was a wonderful host. I was mid she took the time to show me around the room and facilities but also gave me lots of space and felt so comfortable as a result. The room was great, they accommodated my bike and equipment and the dogs were adorable. Would definitely stay again for an exploration of Lichfield.
