Great to have the little kitchenette so I could make a cuppa & porridge in the morning. Warm welcome & comfy bed.

Warm welcome from Sally with good communication from her as I often get lost and felt she would not be too critical if I had to call her from some roundabout! Cosy room, most comfortable bed, cleanliness, quiet, lovely hot shower. Faultless. Thank you Sally.

Lovely host and cosy room

Our room was comfortable,good facilities,ideal for popping into the City

Unfortunately, it was disappointing due to the fact we had to calm the 2 dogs that belonged to the household. Sally was away for a few hours that night, and nearby fireworks upset the dogs. We were expecting a lovely peaceful night, after our evening out . We were not made aware that there was a member of Sally's family in the house, therefore we decided to vacate the property as we were just too uncomfortable with the situation.

Location close to city centre

Cleanliness of kitchen. Dirty teatowel and sock on worktop. Would have preferred a locking door. Otherwise no problems
