The room was large, clean and comfortable with a private outdoor bathroom and toilet. The shower water was cold but this is fine for the climate. Good wifi. Large breakfast of tea/coffee and pancakes/omelette with a bowl of fruit. Helpful staff who gave me advice on onwards travel options. Note the location which is towards the eastern end of Maumere
