Mango Tree Homestay

Very comfortable bed. Nice warm shower. Good AC, Helpful management and staff. The hotel is also quite close to the main sites in Hampi.

Hotel is a mile or so outside town centre. Not really a problem as it's easy to find a tuc tuc

We are liked a lot this Homestay place.

The staff and the owner were amazing. They were so helpful and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning and after an overnight journey on a bus, we were more than grateful for a cup of coffee and the opportunity for an early check-in. The place itself has a garden, a terrace and a rooftop patio. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. It's located a bit outside of Kamalapur and about a 10 minute auto rickshaw ride from Hampi. But that also means it's more peaceful and there's less noise from traffic. It's possible to order in some food from Mango Tree restaurant, so after a long day of sightseeing it's nice to just relax at the homestay and not have to venture out again.

Once we found it, Mango Tree Homestay was a big hit! Lovely staff keen to make our visit to Hampi a success. Rooms clean and comfortable. It was hot whilst we visited and there are a couple of shared sitting areas which were shady and breezy. The Homestay has a restaurant nearby which severed delicious food in a relaxed setting. It was possible to order in but we didn’t do this. We loved Mango Tree Homestay and highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful host. Clean room and communal areas. Very comfy bed. Quiet location. Rickshaw driver (Mustafa) arranged by Homestay and highly recommended.
