You couldn't ask for a cleaner room and exceptionally equipped. The host David was incredible, kind and adaptive. The room felt really safe. Really enjoyed our stay. Looe itself is beautiful. The on street parking was free and I found a space easily. Highly recommend.

The beds were comfy and I slept well. They had a very slight creak when I turned over. I really can't find flaw with my stay.

No breakfast was provided. The host was helpful in providing directions and meeting us close to the guest house. and in ordering a taxi for us

It was difficult to find though the host was helpful in giving directions, and it was located some distance from the centre of town at the top of a hill. The facilities in the room were rather basic.

David, our host, was very friendly and helpful.

Bedroom severely overlooked and we needed to keep the blinds shut shut at all times

The welcome we got from David was exceptional. He made us feel so welcome from the moment he opened the door. The room was spotlessly clean with all facilities for tea,coffee etc. It is a bit of a hill climb to get back up to him but benches along the way. We only stayed one night at very short notice but we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you David, we will definitely be back.

Dave was extremely friendly and keen to provide us with local hints and tips. Comfortable beds. Plenty of tea/coffee.

Not a problem for us but for some less mobile people it is worth noting the property is accessed by a flight of steep steps. Dave offered to carry bags in for us!
