Gading Homestay Ubud

Spacious room with a very comfy bed, nice furniture and a great view into the super lush and green garden. Very quiet and relaxing place. They bring the breakfast to your room and it was really good, especially the nasi goreng. There is a drinking water dispenser in every room which was great. It was possible to rent a scooter directly from the homestay for a good price.

There was a intense smell of humidity/mold in the room on the ground floor, although the room looked really clean and new. Luckily I could change to a room on the first floor - everything was perfect there. It was difficult to reach the staff, sometimes nobody was there when I needed help.

very nice location, friendly family, cosy room, clean, super comfortable bed(!), spacious, nice porch, free bottled water, simple but nice home made breakfast. definitely recommend!

everything was good, great value for money!

Yudi and his mom hosted us for two weeks. Helped with a lot of things in Ubud including trip to Batur. Also Yudi made us a really tasty breakfast everyday. The place is very quiet and private. Thanks for everything.

We stayed with Yudi and his family for a month and we had a wonderful experience. The family incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed plus amazing nature view. The hotel's location was also perfect for us, as it was in a convenient and central location with Yoga Barn just around the corner and few very nice tasty restaurants. I would definietly stay there again! Thank you :)

Everything was perfect :)

I had a great one night stay with the family running this guesthouse. I felt very welcomed and I even got invited to try some local food. The guesthouse is only a few minutes from The Yoga Barn which I wanted to go to a lot to practice. The room was beautifully decorated and clean.

I think because it was rainy season and maybe the room hasn't been used in a long time it smelled very much of humidity and there were bumps in the walls from the humidity. But this is maybe because it's been covid and I'm sure they're going to fix it.

Absolutely loved to stay at Gading Homestay. Such an amazing place for great value for money. Room is nicely decorated & clean. Yudy is an absolute super host!!

absolutely nothing

My room had a lovely view of the pool below. The room, bathroom, and balcony were very spacious.

The breakfast was tasty but the kitchenware wasn’t extremely clean. I had a few dirty coffee mugs.

Clean, comfortable rooms set amongst beautiful foliage and the sound of a stream.

The host was so insistent on giving us driving services (for a fee) that it made for a really uncomfortable situation. We had called for a taxi once and eventually had to send him away because Judy insisted that he drive us himself. We had never asked for a ride and Judy was not home when we called the taxi but he kept saying that he rushed home to pick us up because his mother told him we were leaving.

The hospitality at Gading Homestay was amazing. Everything worked well and would gladly stay there again. The location close to yoga barn was also a plus!
