Very nice garden, perfect breakfast location. Very fair value for money. Friendly family.

No real issues, but to help others with their decision: Simple standard (not a problem for us) and remote location (no problem, if you have a driver). The lake is a non-event, but no big deal.

A beautiful, lovingly made area. A very pleasant surprise was the badminton court (and a set for playing it), romantic gazebos, where we were served a delicious and plentiful dinner and breakfast. The extremely friendly hosts helped to see the surroundings and solved the pressing laundry issue. We wish you prosperity and health!

Very pleasant garden and clean room. The owner is lovely and the meal is served in a wooden hut. We enjoyed the earthy experience.

Very good value for money stay in Dambulla. The property is near to a small lake and the property is inside a very nature friendly place. The breakfast was also wide spread and good quantity The owner also has a package trip in his tuktuk at very cheap price which covers most of the sight seeing in Dambulla and Sigiraya

It is a bit far from Dambulla town..but pick and drop is arranged by the Owner at very reasonable price

Everything about the stay was great! The room was clean and comfy, with a peaceful ambience near the lake. The owner was super helpful and friendly—he picked us up from the bus station and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride to nearby attractions at a very affordable rate. The food was delicious, and the place overall was quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for an affordable, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay, this is one of the best options out there.
