Niduwari Lake Homestay

Really enjoyed my stay here, the room was comfortable and clean and when I arrived I was given a cup of tea. There's a lovely garden to look out on and the lake is close by so you can take a nice swim. Definitely recommend a stay if you are in the area.

The owner is such a sweet man and helps you as much as he can. We had trouble finding a driver and the owner helped us to find a right person. It’s like a stay at your grandparents and a real home stay.

This is the best place we stayed during all our travel. The owners are very friendly. The place is amazing, beautiful in nature and quiet. The food is amazing! We extended our stay because we loved it there. Highly recommended

The homestay is out of town in lush green area by a lake so for me that was a great location. The owner is a really lovely guy, super attentive and helpful. Their home made food was just amazing! The owner can also take you to Sigriya or the Dambulla caves at a very reasonable rate.

The host were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. They were also very good with the kids. The food was delicious and there was heaps of it. Highly recommend.

The owner was mabye the friendlest guy I have ever met. He gave us good recommedations where to eat, tips how to get to Sigyria by bus and drove us around in his little cool car. The accomodation was ok, the dinner and breakfast we had there was so good and tasty. His wife is a great cook.

Peaceful location Owner met me off the bus and also took me to Dambulla cave temples and Sigiriya rock for a good price Tasty home cooked dinners
