Clean, friendly staff, private parking, best bed I have slept in in Africa, nice breakfast, working hot shower

Was a little bit hard to find (don’t believe Google that a different route is faster, just take the main road), wifi was spotty

Prepared chapathi is so good, we can appreciate. Food preparation is reflecting home. Overall we can come again.

Remote location away from town and bad roads towards the lodge. Common toilet with shower and no mirror available.

The accommodation was amazing. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. The host Chris was friendly and helpful. Staying at his house was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. :)

Very clean and comfortable, the meals we had were really tasty, the host was very helpful in arranging onward travel. A nice place to spend a night or two.

We would have loved to be able to refill our water bottles from a filtered water drum (even for a fee) instead for having to keep buying small plastic bottles from the local shop.

Affordable, but very clean accommodation. Also owners are very kind.

It’s bit far from city center, but if you walk 10 minutes and take public transportation, you can go to most of the place in the city less than $1. So, if you are worried about the location, it’s not going to be a big problem.

The property does not have a Television to keep some one company on free time

It's a beautiful house and very new and modern. My room was small but cozy and clean. Cecilia who takes care for everything made me feel home.

The place is at the edge of the city about 14 km from the Tazara train station.

Breakfast was good. Location being remote, allowed for a peaceful area.

Finding the place the first time was very hard. Some outside sign would go a long way!

Clean and tidy place in mbeya, Good breakfast and helpful staff. The lady helped me get a boda boda to nane nane bus station in the morning. Good views of the mountain from the guesthouse

Far from the city centre however a boda boda would solve the issue. The road is not good condition half of the way to the guesthouse so expect a bumpy ride
