Staff assistance was really good

The Owner Rajesh and his hardworking wife and Lawrence, they tried to make up for the shortcomings.

The room was wood paneled that made the already dim lights dimmer. A few plug points were not working and so were the light points. No storage or place for luggage. The toilet was not clean and the wash basin could not be smaller?? No bedside lights and place to keep anything. Breakfast was just a basic or below basic. The location was in a secluded place but far from the happenings. The road to the property is really steep and if there's another vehicle coming up or down then you have to depend on your driving skills.

Location and hospitality was very satisfied. Mr. Lawarnce took excess care in food accommodation and guidance to reach the tourists spot on time.

I liked the nature of owner & the way they intracted with us. They were ready to support every stage.

Property is good but street lights was not available it was difficult to come without vehicle.

Excellent: no words to explain. Mr. lawrence is amazing person who helped us even with local sight seeing and surroundings. he took care of us like family

Everything was great, best home stay in our Kerala trip. Exceptional Hospitality from the host Lawrence. They arranged all the activities and came to the places to help us.. Clean room and bathroom with all time hot water. Home-like atmosphere. Coffee and tea are served to the room. We enjoyed our stay at sopanam heritage. Thank you Lawrence uncle We recommend it to everyone..couples or family
