Quiet and cosy

Mattress excellent.

91 y.o. father had trouble on the stairs but that's not a venue issue, that's an age issue.

Jill and Tom were wonderful. Very pleasant stay in a great location. Handy for the beach and a short drive to the highway.

The hosts were fabulous. So friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were lovely and clean. It felt very luxurious.

It was spotlessly clean, excellent location, well appointed. Facilities were second to none. The bathroom had even had underfloor heating. Owners were lovely and helped with sorting our car problems out. Excellent value for money. Would recommend without hesitation

Absolutely nothing

Tom and Jill were perfect hosts.

Comfortable room, immaculately clean, with all amenities. Very friendly hosts who shared their lovely home during my stay. 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive from shops and cafes. Would definitely book again when visiting family in NZ.

Location was perfect for what we needed to attend an event nearby. Rooms were very stylish and comfortable and a lovely bathroom.

We booked for two people based on the room advert which indicated two beds. However there was a surcharge on arrival for the use of the second bed, which was unusual. Would have been better advertising the full price for the two beds from the outset. We hadn't actually realised it was a Bed and Breakfast type arrangement when we booked (just assumed it was a motel). So that was a surprise, but not a bad one as our hosts were lovely helpful and friendly people.
