Quiet and cosy

Nice and clean and everything we needed.

Parking difficult but then it was a rental and only the one drive and it was tight!

Hosts were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Facilities were great. Beds were comfy. Was indeed very quiet and very cozy, which is what we badly wanted!

For those who prefer a more homely surrounding that that offered by a motel, this is an ideal property. The room(s) rented are quite private and are quiet, comfortable and exceptionally good value. The hosts are very helpful. The place is spotlessly clean.

At this price it would be silly to ask for more. The bathroom is shared but the hosts never rent the two rooms to strangers at the same time - either one or a couple share a room and other is empty or both rooms are let to a group of four who can share the bathroom.

Shower set up means the floor gets quite wet which can be dangerous.

Waikenae comfort. Excellent hosting.

Quiet cozy and relaxed

I had not realised from the description that the accommodation was not self-contained

Didn’t realise it was upstairs. But it was ok. Bathroom facilities were beyond expectation.

Bed bedroom& bathroom were very comfortable& super clean. Delighted to see eco products in bthroom Lift to busstop offered.. nice to have more contact with the host.

A bit more contact with Hosts.. A kettle & cups to be able to make drinks. There wasn t any thing for breakfast.. More warning when having to leave..very pleasant
