"Disappointing"

The neighborhood was nice.

The host tried to put us in a different room than the one we booked!!!I didn't like that the doors didn't lock both ways going in and out and the door let in light. There was no privacy. It was dark and had a lot of extra furniture. It was cluttered!

"I was here to visit with family in town so only slept there but host was great."

"Weird"

Not for me.

The host is constantly present monitoring every move you make. You cannot lock the doors when you go out. The house is extremely cluttered and crowded and the host seems to be a hoarder. All sorts of rules apply to your stay about wearing perfume and not having your shoes on. It was just weird and the oddest experience I've had staying anywhere. I would never do it again.

"Hurricane Utah visit"

October 13-15 2024: Bill,our host, is a super nice man. Very knowledgeable about the area. The location was awesome, great restaurants nearby, and surrounded by beautiful scenery to take long drives. The bed in the Lincoln bedroom is very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the fresh Zion spring water served chilled.

October 13-15 2024: It was very hot outside for this time of year, in the high 80s, low 90s. The air conditioning wasn't adequate for the room. Even with fans blowing the room temp would not go below 80ยฐ. We had to open windows at night to get the room temp down to 76ยฐ. The local HOA doesn't like cars parked on the "super" wide street therefore we were asked to park on the driveway which has a crazy steep incline. I recommend parking backwards with the front of the car pointing down for easier exiting and entering the car itself.
