The Zion House - Affordable Bedrooms

The beds are clean, the host is nice.

The place smells real funky, which is the biggest issue and why I would not recommend it.

Located in a nice residential neighborhood, very safe, very quiet. Amazing value for this area and the homey comfort of the stay. I was in the "Tesla" bedroom. 4 people could sleep comfortably there. The sliding door opened to a patio area. If you don't expect everything to be set up like a hotel & remember you're in the unique comfort of someone's home, you'll love it! The owner was available if you had any concerns or wanted to chat. No tv in room but wifi available, just fyi.

The bathtub was super creaky and I felt like I was going to wake people up taking a morning bath. (But having the enormous tub was a fun option!)

Bill’s house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with great views all around . This is a shared house. We stayed in the Lincoln Bedroom , very big with separate bathroom, refrigerator, water machine and 2 balconies. Bill is a great host, if you need anything just let him know , don’t be shy and he’ll try to help you, he wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable and we loved that. He knows the area very well and will give all kinds of good advice on hiking and places to eat. We would stay here again.

Bill's personality and assistance in all questions. I love his statement "I need you to be comfortable, it's important to me", and it was very comfortable. Very nice environment and neighborhood. There is a parking and very good view from the balcony. A lot of choice of soap and bath soap. Also we enjoyed our private terrace. Very clean place. Coffee and water available as you please. A very secure place.

One of the 2 beds was slightly uneven but the other was fine.

This is a great place to stay! It’s definitely more Airbnb than hotel, which I love because it feels more like home. Our room was nice with a good amount of space, comfortable beds, a nice little balcony, a mini fridge, and drinking water. The bathroom was nice and had all the necessary amenities. Our host was knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with suggestions of where to go and good places to eat. He was friendly and we enjoyed talking with him very much. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful host, was a great area with easy access to the freeway and into town. Felt very welcomed their as a guest. Was quaint and comfortable.
