Oldlands Farmhouse Gatwick

Got an excellent room with great space. Nice and peaceful area even with the weather rubbish able to get out for a walk

The electric razor charging point in the bathroom was broken but was able to get through the week without it

We have stayed here many times. We love the friendly helpful owners, the convenience, the quiet location and always have a comfortable stay.

The hosts are amazing and make you feel welcome from the beginning to end. They also advised on good places to eat nearby and best way to get to the airport. The location of the place is very close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from Gatwick airport.

There was barely any soap in a bathroom and very little toilet paper. Getting to the supermarket or downtown is going to need a bus ride or quite a bit of walking.

Gorgeous room and staff were helpful. Nice and close to Gatwick

The barn was large if you needed that. However we didn’t really make use of it. Adequate tea making facilities. Access to tv / Sky. Clean as expected. Free parking.

Really cold. We were in the barn which has a small gap in the door meaning it was freezing for ages. Struggled to sleep as were woken up by car headlights shining right into the bedroom by guests arriving at all hours. It was also quite loud as the cars would arrive on the gravel drive which was right outside the bedroom. Bed, sadly had sharp springs so didn’t sleep well. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge or cutlery as there isn’t a great deal of food facilities around so we brought our own but had nothing to use to eat it.
