Handy for town. Private. Great breakfast.

Bed was a little firm for us.

The breakfast was amazing!!! The hostess is super kind and the room is really cute and comfy.

I very much enjoyed the breakfast of fresh berries and granola followed by tea or coffee and toasted crumpets or croissants. The location was great, walking distance to everywhere in St Austell, an Aldi round the corner and a laundrette about 50 metres farther on. Parking in the driveway was no problem. The room was very clean and well decorated. For me the dogs were no bother. They were not around a lot of the time and did not disturb my stay or my sleep in any way. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy going and overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

The self-contained room and adjacent bathroom are quite compact, so if it was more than a couple staying for several days then it might start to feel a little crowded. A suggestion might be perhaps to convert the ironing board cupboard could into a wardrobe, although a provision for hanging clothes has been made and there is other storage space.

Location was easy to find.We enjoyed the breakfast.

Don't change ,lovely family atmosphere

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast is continental, nicely served. A good location close to Aldi.

Breakfast was great with freshly made croissants and fresh fruit. Filter coffee and tea options. Amazing host and private space.

Everything was great.. the bathroom is on a small side, but not a problem as it was very clean and well decorated.
