Easy check in. Comfortable self contained room with all additional tools available (Microwave, Ironing Board & Iron, hairdryer, straighteners, plug in heater. Breakfast was beautiful, presented & delivered exactly as explained on the booking.

Breakfast was different! I prefer cereals and toast.

Dog footsteps on hard floor above in the early hours. Creaky bed. Small step up to the en suite caught us out to begin with. It could do with a white line or beading to draw attention to it.

Comfortable, Clean, Everything that you need. Excellent breakfast!

heating in the room could have been switch on till late in the evening but there was an extra electric radiator I wish I've had it on

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was big and yet cosy, it was cold but there was an extra heater that helped warm the room. The breakfast was hearty and Jess was very accommodating and helpful. It is very well located and I was able to park in the drive which was very useful. I will definitely stay here again.
