"Gem of a place, great value"

Fabulous find, really cosy and well equipped and furnished, one of my best nights sleep in ages! 16 min walk from St Austell station. I stayed here for an Eden Project event and it had everything I needed really! Bathroom was small but i’m used to a small space so absolutely fine for me, very good value for the money ☺️ i’ll deffo come back here if i’m in the area again :)
