1. Property is indeed very close to ghat. It takes less than a minute to walk to the ghaat. 2 . The owner was very kind and cooperated a lot to accommodate my pickup and drop from/to the venue. 3. Breakfast was good

It’s not about the property that I didn’t like it’s just that it’s not appropriate for me. 1. The property is very much inside in the alleys. Reaching the location was tough. No vehicle will reach the doorway. They do send a porter to pick up your luggage. But it’s a lot of walking. 2 . Although the locals vouch by the safety of the lanes and considering this place is bag packing foreign nationals choice of Accomodation it might be safe. But, late in the evenings the lanes have an eerie feel from a solo woman’s perspective it feels a bit scary. Though I must mention nothing I towards incident happened to me. 2. Stairs. My room was on 3rd floor . It’s stairs all the way. Please be mindful while making your booking, you will need to climb a lot of stairs. A person like me with knee pain would want to avoid that. 3. The door to my room had glass pane ( no frosted), that did not give a good sense of privacy. They do have a curtain inside and outside of the door , I had to tweak with their arrangement to bring a sense of privacy. Because the curtain would flutter if the fan was turned on and the room was visible from outside. Also the bathroom has a ventilator with broken pane that opens directly to the common area on my floor. 4. The geyser had an issue. They had to turn on the pump everytime I wanted to take a bath only then hot water would come .

Staff is good, it's clean, location is best. Give homely vibe.
