Il a fallu payer un supplément (50$) pour bénéficier d’une connexion Internet plus fluide, qui restait malgré tout moyenne. Avant notre arrivée, Saudia a demandé une caution de 200 $, mais a finalement renoncé à cette demande lors de notre arrivée. L’hébergement ne correspondait pas à la description ni aux photos. Nous étions trois personnes mais il n’y avait qu’un seul lit double. Un matelas gonflable a finalement été ajouté. Saudia nous avait promis un changement d’appartement, mais a finalement changé d’avis. L’équipement de la cuisine était très insuffisant : aucun couvert, seulement deux tasses (dont une cassée), pas de poêle ni de casserole. Le détecteur de fumée était absent. Le réfrigérateur contenait un gros bloc de glace avec des restes de salade, et le micro-ondes était sale, avec encore des restes de nouilles. Pas de lave-vaisselle, et pour utiliser le lave-linge, nous avons dû demander l’accès à un autre appartement. Enfin, il y avait beaucoup de mouches à cause des poubelles entassées dans la rue (ce n’est pas la faute de la propriétaire), mais elles sont restées pendant les deux semaines, malgré la promesse qu’un nettoyage serait fait dès le deuxième jour.

It's not bad, but the owner asked for a deposit outside of Booking and didn't return it. Basically, they stole my money.

The kitchen utensils were all dirty when I arrived, the refrigerator doors don't close, and the owner constantly bothers to let other people use the washer and dryer, even though I paid for the whole place. The owner kept me waiting for almost three hours to hand over the place on the day of my arrival, and the area is quite run-down. But the worst part was that she kept the deposit money via Zelle that she asked for outside of Booking. I repeat, the owner asked for a deposit outside of Booking and did not return it. Basically, they stole my money.

Nothing. Left first night. A total fraud and host won't return money. Listing on bookings.com is totally fake. Need money back. Had to stay somewhere else. This person should not be allowed on bookings.com. Will have to go to court since host stole money from me and Bookings.com will not help.

Everything. Host and property is a TOTAL FRAUD. HOST STOLE MY MONEY. OVER $3,200.00. Place was very dirty. Host lied and did not clean. No pool on site as posted. No restaurant nor staff on site. The place did not look ANYTHING like it showed on Bookings.com. Bugs in dirty shower. Toilet not cleaned. No safe parking. Smoking was allowed. Cigarette butts all over dirty yucky back and front yard. Old tires and trash all over yard. Cleaners came after arrival and host lied and said unit was clean. The entire listing was/is FAKE!!! AND host will not return my money. No garden. No garden view. Palm trees cut at top. Dog poop and cigarette butts covered front yard. Left first night. A horrible experience!!

Great location very close to airport very quiet and host was very attentive to us. The bed was so comfortable ! I had a great nights rest there. Very cozy cute and amazing location had everything we needed.
