Friendly management quiet location and such an amazing environment

The location was great. Was only 2 miles from where I needed to be every day during my stay.

I felt lied to about the property. The image presented on the website is not the actual location. It also claims there's a pool. There isn't. The next-door neighbor has an above ground pool that you could get permission to use. There wasn't central air conditioning. Instead, there were 2 small window type air conditioners. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Both were very loud. I wasn't sure if I would be able to sleep with them running, but exhaustion wins. There was an oder. It was a combination of stale cigarette smoke and the cleaning solution they used to try and get rid of it. The bed was very comfortable. Although it was a king-size mattress, it was on a full-size platform. It was dangerous sitting or rolling to the edge. It says it sleeps 4. I am glad I was traveling alone. I don't see how it could accommodate 4 people. There were no hangers or iron. I bought and donated some hangers. There wasn't a microwave. There was a stove and refrigerator. I use the stove. There was a coffee maker. It had cobwebs inside so I didn't use it either. The owner seemed very nice I talked to her over the phone a couple times. I truly feel that this property is misrepresented on the site. I do have photos and videos to confirm that.

We liked that it was just like it said cozy. It was quite peaceful nice grassed area where I could smoke. The host was very attentive and polite, it was a joy. We will definitely come back to stay again. If the host will allow us.

Really didn't like anything, everything was right there, we're private people so this was a perfect stay for us.

The house was very nice and cozy. The Front yard was nice. I liked that the host was responsive,she was very nice.

This property was perfect! Close to airport, close to freeway, quiet neighborhood and available parking spot in front. We had the studio located in the back of main house. Inside was very cute, roomy enuf for 2. Bedroom is roomy with a queen bed. Living room area separated by a partial partition from bedroom. Comfy couch and table for 2. Everything as noted by owner. We were visiting my family and my partners family. So wanted something in the middle of both families and thought downtown would be the spot and reasonable price. Made it very easy to get around. No complaints…owners responds in a timely manner and always helpful. Thank u again for your place! C & M

We were missing some towels but our host brought us some.

It was quiet, clean and comforting.

The door code didn't work but the manager was available on the phone to let me in. But I didn't like having to send a $200 deposit in order to get the door code

Not. One. Single. Thing.

I didn't like anything because I never stayed the night! Upon my arrival at the property and contacting the owner. I was advised after already paying that the room was not available. I was upset, to say the least. The renter advised that they would approve the request for cancelation once I put it in through the app. Having no other option, I left and made other boarding through booking.com, and stayed the night at a Red Roof Inn. Renter never approved the refund for the booking. I'm now in dispute with my bank. Just received an email this morning stating that upon looking into my compliant through booking.com and contacting the renter....... The renter states that I stayed. 🤥 What a liar! That's ok. My bank will refund me. And you will have this ugly truth of a review on 🫵 I was going to come on here after you not going through on your part but decided not to because I didn't stay. But now that you wanna lie to booking.com. I'm gonna let EVERYONE know how you did me.
