Location, privacy, and cleanliness !

Everything was great!

The location was most appealing. Affordable,as I am retired, and widowed On a limited income.

We had no control of the heating n cooling system, but we were comfortable enough with weather permitted.

Close to a lot of things. It was organized, bed was good. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Kitchen supplies provided.

I hate writing long negative reviews because it takes so much of my time and energy especially after an uncomfortable stay but I was pretty disappointed in this booking. Unfortunately, there was way too much miscommunication about which part of the property was being booked to us and I was given the incorrect instructions on checking in. I booked the two bedroom, front part of the property, but I was specifically told to NOT knock on the red door (in the front) and to use the keypad door at the back of the house, but it turned out that there was another person booked in the back part of the property. I also tried another door on the property that yet another person was already staying in. I called the owner and she apologized and clarified what was meant to be booked and that she would fix it. I understand that mistakes happen but it’s very inconvenient after a long road trip and when other renters are upset that we’re trying to enter their booking in the middle of the night. There was also miscommunication about the deposit, where a few days before our check in we both agreed that I would give a written check and put it in the mailbox but she called the morning of check in day and asked me how I would be “sending” the money so I just said that I could PayPal her, which she accepted and I sent it right away. The place was organized and well put together with decent decor but I wouldn’t say it was very clean…the bed was comfy enough but the floors are filthy and I had to wipe down the bathroom sinks because it had dirt/stains. Towels had a few stains on them. I had dog hair on my socks after walking around. There were no coffee filters with the complimentary coffee set up. There were also dirty old brown/stained pillows in the closets. I feel like the place gets cleaned to be “just enough” for the next person but it’s definitely not thoroughly cleaned. The place is a little run down.

Clean, cozy, quaint! Excellent use of space! Place is small, Casita, but designed will and cozy! Still had a distinct bedroom, living room/din8ng combo and a bathroom.

Wish the fir pit outside was usable, but in all fairness, I didn't ask either.

Vibrant neighborhood (a wedding reception occurred a couple of houses down while staying, walking distance to Arts district and downtown venues. Location perfect for public transit. Cute and cozy indeed.

Check in delayed but staff was effective at resolving quickly and without further escalation

I really like the place the location and the inexpensive race and she is awesome every time I needed to get a hold of her for any what's so reason ever she was there. The little place is well located between a lot of stores and a places to eat.

There's only one thing I really didn't like, but it was okay, was it just had a single burner I was under the impression that it had a full kitchen but that did not take away from any bit of my stay there
