ULTRA COZY CASITA BY DTWN PHX

The property was very convenient to my meeting in downtown Phoenix. The check-in process was seamless. The instructions to the property and entering the casita where spot on. The casita was very clean and had a fresh feeling to it just like that of a new car. The area was quiet with several food options just 2 - 3 minutes walk-away. It is very close to the airport which was a big plus. Once I picked up my rental I was there in about 8 minutes. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Phoenix.

I was robbed both by booking.com and the owner of this property. Do yourself a favor, and don't make a reservation through booking.com. They provide TERRIBLE service and do not confirm with the people posting their rooms about the accuracy of the reservations. Then, in the cancellation process, they do not convey the correct information to the property owner or the person making the reservation.

Amazing stay ! Beautiful house and I enjoyed my time here ! Will come here again!

It was my husband who stayed in the property. The owner was accommodating, communication was good and the place was clean. It was priced well too.

When my husband arrived, he had to wait for a while for the place to be cleaned. But small problems happen and we understood.

The location was a short drive to downtown and it was convenient. Very small and cozy but we had everything we needed. The air fryer came in handy. The Mexican restaurant we went to nearby was kinda sketch but the best I've ever had!

The place was not cleaned before we arrived. We swept up a mountain of dog hair from the previous people. Also we had to move the couch into the living room and there was no microwave. Parking was limited as well and we had to move our vehicle twice as we had to double park the people staying in the house in front. There was no TV in the living room when we arrived like there was in the picture either. More of a 2 person place but we made it work with 4.

The owner never answered the phone and the room was in very poor condition; Bedding was very soiled and was full of pet hair, and mattress had blood stains. Very unhappy with room and service.
