Parking was tight or far especially for handicap person.,broken umbrella so could have shade when outside.bad camping chairs fell through one of them(old). Remote didn't work for bedroom TV.

size of the Casita was very nice.

The furniture was old and worn. The owners attentiveness. The shower was very nice size. You had to squeeze past the washer/ dryer unit to use the restroom or take a shower. I'm a lean person, so anyone with some girth would find it almost impossible to get through. We booked Casita and picked a check-in time of 6 pm. Upon arrival, there was no one there. After several phone calls and messages, we finally got thru, only to be told to come back at 8pm because the owner wasn't aware the place had even been rented. After giving her 200.00 cash deposit, we were given entry. We were told we would get the door code and wi-fi information sent in a text to us. 24 hours later, after requesting the information, it was received. She forgot to send. Prior to our departure, I personally swept and mopped the entire place as well as put clean sheets on the bed, did all the dishes, and wiped down all the surfaces. As well as cleaned the entire bathroom. So the cleaning fee of $120.00 was, in my opinion, priced way too high. Were we required to clean the place like we did, no. It's just how I do things. Leave it better than the way we found it. Our move out took an extra 2 hours because of transportation issues. So, of course, she did the correct thing and charged us for a full additional day. Outrageous!! She had to spend all of 10 minutes of that getting the place ready for the next guest. So the $120.00 she made on the cleaning fee wasn't enough. I don't recommend staying here unless you're prepared to deal with an unreasonable owner who is just out to make money and truly doesn't care about her customers.

It’s okay for the most part, you get what you pay for.

It’s been two weeks since I left and I still haven’t received my deposit back after multiple attempts to contact property owner. Recommended a better house cleaner, they did not do a good job and I spent the first few days deep cleaning. I moved furniture around and even wiped down the walls in the living room and kitchen. A LOT OF DOG HAIR, I mean every single inch was covered in dog hair. The “little home” has potential but not very well maintained/ clustered with random decor that has dust and dirt CAKED on.

The location was perfect. Everything I needed was a quick drive. Def recommend.

Do not give zelle or cash app. I was asked to provide Zelle ahead of time here in order to get the code to get in the door. ALL should be managed via booking. this seemed very sketchy and I still called. it was still sketchy. Then here I am waiting to leave Phoenix in the airport and find out my information has been stolen, is this a coincidence? I didn't want to provide a Zelle so I provided a check...has this information been given out? Do not assume you can work from here, it is a place to land and be.

Access to the space is hard to get to, step up and step down to get in is dangerous depending on the timing and lighting is not great. This is a residential space that is being rented out to fill the time. This is fine but renter should be aware.

Was a comfortable place to stay. And the property owner was responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

The fridge had a pot with some old food left in it when we checked in so we had to throw it out. But it was our only complaint.
