the room was pretty big, but not exactly as in the photos. air-conditioning does not have the heating function, but it was ok for the weather in december. we had a lovely breakfast included into price which was very affordable for travellers. The hot water from chilled boiler, sometimes in the evening was not turned on boiler so water were a bit cold, but everything can be solved by asking owner. Very cost efficient and got connection to the center of Tam coc.

Everything was very nice, they gave us an upgrade for free was very nice. The rooms are very comfortable, good breakfast and them are very helpful. I got sick and they provide me rice and tea for free, and a blanket. Thank you!!!

The only thing I don’t recommend is rent the bikes or the motorcycle. They need a renovation or acquire some in better conditions.

The room was clean and tidy and spacious

Online it says 24/7 front desk yet I went out and returned late at 2am and the front gate had been padlocked and I couldn’t get in and also couldn’t get hold of the hotel on the phone so I had to find another hotel and beg for a room to accommodate me at such late notice and couldn’t get to any of my belongings. The lady was very unapologetic about locking me out and I had to discuss with her for 40 minutes about a refund as I had had to book another hotel and in the end she still did not refund the full night. Prior to this the lady had been quite helpful and friendly

I liked everything about it. The bang for your buck here is unmatched. Its nice rooms and a friendly family that is more than happy to help you with any problems. We originally booked 2 nights but ended up staying 5 cause we loved it. The location is superb and they offer both motorcycle and pushbikes for cheap. The breakfast is simple but delicious. It consists mainly of baguette, fried eggs, some kinda fruit and if you’re lucky you might get pancakes sometimes.

The properties were so kind, good breakfast and price/quality, close to the center, and we rented bikes for a great price.

We had the chance to check in around 10am and it was very convenient so we could leave our stuff and go explore. Water available and friendly staff. great location!

the breakfast is OK... we had sort of a pancake but no honey, not sugar, nothing to out on it and only coffee or tea, no juice or something else for people who don't drink these two options unfortunately.

Very nice stay, good location, very friendly and kind family. I would like to recommend this stay to you. Also a motorbike renting☀️🤩

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Bed is massive too. Feels more like a hotel than a homestay which I won't complain about at that price. Excellent facilities
