Everything was very convenient and facilities were provided for a very good price! Bedroom was comfortable and shower pressure was great.

They are really helpful, you can rent bicycles and had good breakfast

The mattress is not comfortable because it’s old, I think they could do better in that

Great homestay outside of Ninh Binh. Nice owners and helpful with anything you need to arrange. Room was big and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice and simple without creating a fuss. Can arrange a bike to rent if you need and also onward bus journeys.

Not faraway and have parking . In this place we felt care from owners. They loked our moto at night by their locker, they were happy to help with everything. Rooms is OK, just beds a bit old and nor very comfy, but for us it was OK. So I can recommend this place. Good price and feel good there

"Relaxing friendly, safe and great value for money"

The family were really kind and helpful! We could check in at a early time, the room was so big and lovely! With breakfast included for a really good price, and only a 5 minute drive from tam coc. They also stored our bags for us for the day! Such kind nice people

The bed wasn’t very comfortable
