I rented a room here and stayed 1 night for a long trip. What I got was a room full of paint and sewer smells and indifference about how loud the noise was in my room with the explanation that my neighborhood was a karaoke shop. My room included breakfast, but when I went down to check out and have breakfast, it was not served and the instructions were instead to talk to someone else before finishing the conversation with me. Then I realized that I forgot my phone at the hotel and contacted me to find it. After I found it, I asked them to send it to me by delivery and I paid the fee, but for a long time they did not contact me back to inform me. information about whether it can be sent or if I have to go back when I call again they recognize me and they don't answer the phone. I'm very sorry that your service is so bad

Clean rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff

Extremely good value for the money, everything was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. They offer both laundry (which we used) and also motorbike rental (we didnt use, you can find cheaper around). The best thing was that they let us shower even after we already checked out, extreme life-saver for a sleeper bus!

The beds in our room were a bit uncomfortable

Completely new facilities, brand new bed, bathroom and shower as well. Very clean, comfortable and 10 minutes walk from downtown. The attention of the staff was excellent. Thank you very much for making our stay very pleasant.

Our stay at Newway was special. It is run by a local family who will take care of everything you need. One of the friendliest hosts I've ever met in my life. Breakfast were very satisfying.

There's nothing to criticize

The owner was so nice, she was always smiling, very friendly, good breakfasts, big room with balcony, good place for the price

Everything was super, the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms were big, bathroom was always clean and the location is quite good especially with motorbikes.
