The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a spacious en suite bathroom. The staff were so helpful and amazing! They text me before hand to ask if we wanted to do the cave tour (very helpful as we were checking in at 10pm). They also helped us book our bus to Ninh Binh. But the highlight was they invited me and my father to share some good food and rice wine with the owner and his friends. They made us feel very welcome and at home - would highly recommend to everyone coming to Phong Nha! The homestay is owned by local people rather than outside investors so it felt a lot more homely, and it felt good to support the local people.

I thought about this for a while but I can't think of anything I didn't like- it was a very pleasant experience

Room good at the back,with window to look at the mountain & out of the door a big back balcony,parking my motorbike was no problem,WiFi good,clean,simple breakfast but free & good coffee.You find anything you want on this one long road we're the hotel is.

I asked if I could use one of the bikes, knowing that many accommodations in Phong Nha lend them for free to their guests, but then when it was time to pay I found out they charged me with 100K VND. I’m fine with paying but they should have tell me from the beginning it was not free

Directly in Phong Nha city center with a simple but nice free breakfast Staff was lovely with spacious, clean rooms and a private bathroom where everything works. It's an affordable, lovely place to stay, and when I had a really late bus ride (23:00), they offered me a shower and dinner. That's just really sweet :-)

The room is huge. Location is good. They serve good breakfast. They have good menu and food tastes good. We rented their motorbike at good price.

Before coming, we asked if they could deduct our payment through the card registered in the app. They agreed. Yet, at the end, we still have to pay in cash :-(

It was perfect. The Hotel owner ist the kindest person. I was able to Check in early in the morning after a nightbus. Also includes breakfast!

Hot water didn't work every time

Very professional and good service without waiting for anything. The family has two sweet kids. They can help you with everything you need.
