Very friendly staff, helped with scooter and cave tour reservations. Clean renovated rooms, also quite!

Good location. Good value for money. Lu was helpful despite limited English. I hired a motorcycle with a driver through them took me to the caves and back.

Could be cleaner; the pillows were not fresh and the towels need to be boiled.

The location is great, next to where the bus drop you off and walking distance to the restaurant, pubs and convenience store.

The host is very kind. We made early check-in, and the host helped us and didn't ask for extra money. We rented motorbike there too.

With a very cheap price compared to other locations you can get a private room! The hostel is located in the very center of Phong Nha. The owner is kind and does his best to help even with limited English. The room was super clean.
