The host was amazing, really nice room and good value for money!

Breakfast was okay. Location is central and there are other places to stay or eat around here

Staff were not at all friendly or welcoming - totally lacking any greeting. Don’t pay extra for a balcony room as it’s not a private balcony it’s really shared onto a fire escape but check the room has a window I don’t think all rooms have a window Room was very basic but clean and bed was covered in a plastic sheet that was noisy. The shower did not drain and bathroom smelled damp as it had no window and did not ventilate

Very good location, next to the place where the bus drops you. 500 meters from the boat Dock. Good room and breakfeast. Great value. Nice staff. The only negative was It was cold at night. The ac unit didn't provide heat, plus the owner said no heat for that price, but he gave me an xtra blanket. Still, it was a good value, so it was worth it. Cheaper than a dorm bed at the hostel next door. Comfortable bed. Free hot and cold water dispenser. The owner booked my bus to Danang but check the times and prices at one of the bus agents as he didn't know the available buses as well and the agents speak better English. Take the boat to phang nha cave. Really great. But if u have difficulty walking don't sign up for the second cave. I couldn't reach it with my bad leg so wasted 80,000 entrance fee. You can relax at the bottom while the others from ur boat go up.

I arrived late and the owner quickly came to received me. My room was amazing and super clean. I had one of my best omelettes for breakfast 💗

Nice hotel with great staff. Nice big room with two comfortable beds, amazing given the price. Location is great in the middle of everything Good breakfast with an excellent lemon tea !
