Luxury Rooms near Temple U, Drexel, UPenn, and the MET

My room was nice but due to the weather it was cold. Regarding the location, the place was not near UPenn at all and public transportation was limited. I had difficulty in this regard. I won’t stay here again and also if location is important and you don’t have a car like me ( because I was in Philadelphia for only 3 days for business and I thought it was close to UPenn) I won’t recommend it to you either. The owner was nice and helpful, quick to respond to messages. Thank you

A real Philadelphia row house hosted by a lovely host. You cannot touch anything in Philadelphia for this price.

The host was really nice and very accommodating to me when I had to arrive late. She made sure that we had free snacks, free breakfast, and coffee because I am a coffee lover. In terms of the area it was safe and very close to Temple's campus and I was able to walk to campus for tours. I would stay here again because of the host and how nice she was. The property was really clean and you can tell that the owner is hands on. I never write reviews but this will be my second home whenever I come to Philadelphia.

I didn't like that the negative reviews were dishonest. I read a few of them before booking and they were not accurate at all. I thought the house was extremely nice and clean.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Location was suspect and indoor odor was trying too hard to cover up any bad odor. Also lights came on and off within seconds and was distracting.

The lady was so amazing and nice I felt like at home
