"Good for the price in Philadelphia, but I would remove the word luxury from the room title..."

Very clean, good breakfast, free parking, cheapest we found relatively close to downtown

Have to go downstairs for the bathroom, a very small room and a small double bed. TV didn't work. Automatic lights keep turning on/off like a discotheque in the shared spaces and bathroom. Only one shower for 4 rooms. Sound travels between the rooms through the vents. One of the rooms had two kids which made the whole place noisy.

Layefa was the best host I’ve ever had! The neighborhood was exceptional, and all the neighbors were so welcoming. I felt extremely safe at all hours of the day. It was my 2nd time in Philly and I wished I stayed here my 1st time too. I was here this time for a conference & wedding all in the same weekend! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and you can tell Layefa truly cares about her guests—she checked in, provided breakfast, and even gave me great recommendations. I recommend this property to everyone!
