The owner was so welcoming. Facility was well decorated and super clean. We got upgraded to a better room, which had view of Mt Aso. Bed was comfortable. Hotel looks better than the photos.

It would be great if hotel provides option to include breakfast and dinner as it was very hard to find restaurants nearby.

Kawasaki is very attentive, friendly, kind,, helpful. He went the extra miles to make our mire comfortable n service beyond excellence.

It would have helped a lot if there had been another bathroom.

The host is very lovely and went out of his way to help me plan my stay. He recommended and dropped me off at a brilliant local restaurant and even lent me hiking poles for my walk the next day. The location is excellent for hiking in the Aso region and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very clean and well-furnished house. The owner is extremely kind and will go out of his way to help you. He also has an absolutely adorable golden retriever who will say hi to you.
