Very friendly host Great breakfast

I found it was a slightly cosy room for a double, but the spare bed was helpful for that reason.

Price very good. Clean and friendly.

Family room was very small. Thedouble bed was pushed against the wall so one of the two of us slept in the single bed as we are a bit too old to climb over each other to get out in the night. It was not en-suite but then that was fine for the price.

Breakfast was great, good selection, great location - quiet but still near a beautiful harbour.

Bed a bit creaky. Real coffee instead of instant would be nice at breakfast, and would pay extra for that, Other than that breakfast was fantastic.
