We liked everything, from the rooms to the views from the room, uncle and aunty were very friendly and helpful, the home cooked meals were heavenly...all thanks to aunty. uncle will guide you with the best tour routes and places...The garden was extremely beautiful, one can enjoy the sunrise view of kanchanjunga from the comfort of the room, highly recommended and value for money place...best ever homestay experience....

The only downside is the steps one has to go up and down to reach homestay or the main road..but would create problems only for senior citizens who are not fit, otherwise it wouldn't even matter.

This is a marvelous place away from the noise of the city but still within walking distance (~30min). There is a wonderful sunrise that shines directly into the wooden room. The family is very friendly and cares about every wish. I can highly recommend the place.

the shower makes a few problems as the water pressure is low but that will be fixed soon.

The host family, Mr and Mrs Tsewang ❤️ The stay, the view, the relationship built through our conversations including in their kitchen and personal prayer room, these are treasures. Every inch of the home is built with love and nurtured like a child. Huge respect and much love to the family who welcomed us so warm. Special mention : Bruno the sweetheart

1. The view is spectacular. If you want a scenic peaceful place to stay then Hermit is the place for you. And yes, the breakfast was great too. In fact all the meals were very yummy. They cook as per your taste and what you want.

As this is a homestay, everything fits your budget and there is nothing that we didn't like.
