Xuan Son Lakeside Bungalow

The rooms had the most incredible view of the lake and the mountains and were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the free bicycles as the surrounding area is gorgeous. My daughter left a bracelet there and they posted it to our next hotel.

The food is average but it is easy to get a grab to get food from Trang An or Tam Coc.

Un peu éloigné ce qui ne pose pas de soucis la journée grâce aux bicyclettes mais pas d’éclairage dès la tombée de la nuit donc difficile de circuler si vous n êtes pas véhiculés. Nous avons donc mangé sur place le soir mais ne nous sommes pas régalés.

Superbe emplacement et personnel très gentil, en particulier Kiên qui était aux petits soins pour notre famille ! Nous avons aussi apprécié les plats proposés au restaurant, simples et bons.

The view is amazing. Never woke up with such a beautiful scene like this before. The pond in front of property is so big that you can row a boat and take some good photos

The sponge bus seats on balcony are soggy and cannot be moved (as they are fixed to the deck). Those sponge seats should be replaced with some simple plastic movable chairs.

This accomodation was so relaxing, chilled out and very cool. Open all hours pool, we had a cute bamboo bungalow looking out on the best view ever (see pic)... this place is a little hidden gem. The staff and location make it extra special though. It's away from the tourist central areas which really appealed to us. We enjoyed the food options on offer & didn't feel the need to go out anywhere else for dinner. We loved our relaxing evenings after the hot days sightseeing. Great value for money and we felt 'well looked after' by the staff. Kien was a superstar host (and a duo lingo master!) An absolute delight! He even taught us how to open a beer cap with a knife handle! - useful skill learnt = bonus points ;-) We enjoyed 'getting away from it all' and chilling out here for 3 nights, we didn't want to leave this place.

Nothing. There was some building works going on, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the place at all. We only saw this as improvements for future visitors ... this place will only get better we think. ;-) We were happy here - the rustic charm and delightful location... so cool.

Super friendly and helpful stuff, great view, close to all attractions, nice pool, cheaper restaurant. We were there 3 nights with our 5yo and we had a great time.

Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Bildern, und der Blick nach draußen war wirklich unschlagbar. Die Betten sind gemütlich und das Bad ist schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und kümmert sich und hilft einem bei allen, ein wirklich toller Ort! Am liebsten würde ich dort leben.

Im Zimmer hat mir ein Ablageplatz für den Koffer gefehlt, einen Schrank gibt es auch nicht. Man muss also die Stühle wegräumen, um den Koffer irgendwie auf dem Boden auszubreiten. Finde ich nicht ganz ideal. Außerdem ist es wahnsinnig hellhörig, wenn ein anderer Tourist morgens um sechs vor dem Haus neben dir beschließt laut zu telefonieren, dann bist du eben wach. Das ist aber kein Nachteil, für den die Unterkunft etwas kann, da fehlt es einfach an Rücksichtnahme anderer Menschen

Surrounded by Nature. Away from the busy sections of Ninh Binh. Prefect Romantic location. Easy bike ride to everything. We will be back! Hint. Hire an electric bike.

If you are not staying here for the quiet relaxing part of life do not go.
