Good food choices and portion. Nice pool area. Convenient location for easy access to Trang An river boating and Hoa Lu.

Undergoing construction but not necessarily disruptive as we were out visiting sites during day time anyways. Roads leading to property, also surrounding properties, are still gravel roads. Hopefully the local government will help the businesses by taking care of this.

Breakfast was very good! Location was amazing and the staff very helpful. Highly recommend!

Breakfast made to order. Staff very helpful despite some language barriers. Best view and seating from our bungalow. Most points of interest close by. Had a great relaxing stay.

The hotel owners were very accommodating and helpful. The menu food was delicious. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious.The room was very clean. The hotel was in a great location with a short trip to get to other attractions. The views from the rooms are something you won't forget because of the stunning nature and scenery. You can use their push bikes to venture around to cute little cafes near by. Great place to stay!

Beautiful surroundings. Stunning view and peaceful. Small choice, but good breakfast. Free bicycles. Hot water for shower, clean rooms. Use flip flops provided in the shower as slippery. Lovely staff.we did local tour of the caves and temples and a lovely lady rowed us on the river, beautiful scenery...it was a fab day. Beautiful must visit town of hoa lu a taxi ride away- so pretty at night, food and drink and market

Nothing - visit soon before tourist explosion, as building a massive waterpark soon nearby.

Very friendly and knowledgeable reception employment! Perfect view from our room, in total memorable stay at this place, we took a bicycle for free, to explore the surroundings it's was magical. Truly recommend this place!

Dejlig roligt område, men flot natur. Lækkert med gratis cykler, hvilket gjorde det let at komme omkring og se de flotte omgivelser i ninh binh. Vores ældste på 10 cyklede selv på en voksen cykel og så havde konen og jeg de yngste drenge bag på vores cykler. Det fu gere godt da vi først lige fik styr på det. Ps. Sød kat

Der var ikke meget plads på vores værelse og det var svært at få tørret vårde ting og så var sengene sten hårde. Pga. Ombygning var resturanten heller ikke tilgængelig, men det gjorde ikke så meget da der var masser af restauranter tæt på.

The stay at Xuan Son Bugalows was amazing. A tranquil setting and friendly staff made our stay one we will remember. A great way to relax at the end of our Vietnam holiday.
