The view of the water and surrounds is spectacular. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was good on return from busy hot days

The bathroom in the double room had no separation between the shower and toilet and the shower only drained through two holes in the corner of the room so all the water goes around the toilet - no actual shower. There is also a window that has no curtain and looks straight out to the back of the other cabins. I don’t think there is access to the area behind easily, but it felt a little uncomfortable. The bed was a little hard - which is fine for some, but I get sore hips. The breakfast could have more western options. There are a lot of cats floating around, so if you’re not keen on cats, just be mindful that they wander around the dining area. No mixed drinks are available (eg: spirits or cocktails)

Location by the lake was outstanding. A bit far from the main towns but bicycle easy to nearest restaurants and shops and Grab to everywhere else. Bungalows are located on a gravel access road just for information.

Bed was not comfortable. Older spring mattress. Food was overpriced for the region. Chairs on deck could be more comfortable. Still would definitely stay again.

The restaurant was a bit slow and the food OK but not great

Everythig about this property is good.. Staff was friendly and helpful..Food was good.. View was next level.. Highly recommend anyone who is travelling to Ninh binh to stay here..

The views over the lake was nice. Breakfast was basic and the food was generally bland but oily. Had both dinner (the night before) and breakfast there. The location is down a dark dirt road and walking out for a meal in the dark is frankly not possible with young children.

There was a awful smell coming from the bathroom. It smelt of sewerage and vomit. The toilet was not cleaned when we checked in and when I complained, the cleaner came to spray air freshner and didn't bother cleaning. The air cond filter was congested with dust and it would switch off after 15 mins of operations and I had to manually switch it on again until I reached up and cleaned the filter before it finally worked continuously. I don't wish this unpleasantness upon anyone. Avoid.
