The location is good. I went to gym, Indian food place, and the rest of Armenian street fun stuff. It's ok if you only come to the room to crash for a night. The guys managing the place were helpful.

The street is busy, so there was noise from outside. Room felt like a bare bone Spartan amenities: a bed, a table, a towel, a nightlight, a trashcan.

1. Spacious room at RM120/night for 4 adults 2. The facilities they provided fridge, microwave, washing machine, hanger, water dispenser. I make me feel like im at home. 3. Located at Armenian street make it easy for me to snap a good picture at the street art

Not soundproof, but bearable because during that time no guest except us. No lift. Only stairs but only only double storey conmercial lot.
