Room at Lebuh Armenian Georgetown City Center

Great location, clean facility. Complicated check-in/check out process.

I'm giving a neutral rating despite the great location and clean facility due to the host being passive all the time and expecting the new guest to only contact thru messenger for the self check-in and wait until he replies back. Same goes to the check-out and deposit refund process where you have to make the effort and nudge few times until he replies back.

Very strategic location near to attraction and shop.. Very comfy bed and very clean bathroom.. Very nice owner too.. I will come back and repeat.. Thankyou.. I really recommend to all

Location is very good.

But the service is not good. We were looking for this place in the scorching heat. It was almost difficult to find the entrance. It was difficult to communicate by phone, and the owner of the room was actually in the cafe below. It took about an hour for the air conditioner to cool down the room after entering the room. There are four toilets, one door is broken, one water tank is broken, one has no toilet cover, and another one is unknown. At night, you can hear the singing of the karaoke bar downstairs very clearly. The room walls are very thin.
