Perfect location, nice room, very comfortable bed.

Bathrooms should be cleaned more frequently.

Jeff has been very helpful. When we arrived, the cleaners were busy doing their stuff, but still kindly led us to our room. The accommodation is also near most of the places to visit in George Town, Penang, so we could visit the spots without spending much for the transportation. Souvenir shops, restos, food stalls, and the main road were all just around the corner.

We aren't sure if it is common not to have a bin in the toilet, but maybe it's better to have one in each bathroom since we've experienced clogged toilet bowls because of the tissue being thrown into the bowl by the previous user. :-)
